Velocity Tire & Auto partnered with The Social G Co. to bring their social media presence in line with the strong reputation they’ve built in the West Michigan community. While their in-shop service was trusted and well-known, their online presence looked a lot like every other auto repair shop – failing to reflect the quality, personality, and approachability that truly set them apart.

Our goal was simple: transform Velocity’s social media into a channel that showcased their expertise, reinforced trust, and supported real business growth.

Velocity had an established customer base and a loyal local following, but limited digital visibility. With only a Facebook page and no Instagram presence, their content lacked consistency, engagement, and differentiation. Like many auto repair shops, their social media looked and sounded like everyone else’s – generic posts that didn’t reflect their expertise, team, personality, or community-first approach.
